Most products we sell come with a manufaturers warrenty.The Lacrosse Haven is not responsible for any warrenty claims, if any warrenty issues arise they are handled directly through the manufacturer.You will need to contact them directly, explain your problem,they will issue you a return authorization number so you can send the item to them for a replacement.
